SHIPPING INFO

Free shipping anywhere in Australia for orders over $50.

We do not ship orders internationally at this time.

Every effort is made to ship orders the next day after they are placed however we cannot guarantee this every time. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to the postal services. Take care when entering your postage address, we cannot be held responsible for any errors.

We use air freight which is an express next day service, however this require you provide authority to leave the package at your door without a signature.

Alternatively we use Aus Post road delivery which can take up to seven working days. If you are not home to collect the package a note will be left and you can collect it from your nearest post office.

PAYMENT INFO

We use Paypal to process payments so we have a secure payment gateway that protects all your information.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay. PayPal will process most major credit cards even if you don’t have an account.

 

AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and product availability are as accurate as possible. If we discover an error in the availability or description of any goods you have ordered we will contact you via the details you have provided to us. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a refund.

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns should you simply change your mind. We only accept returns where a manufacturing fault is present or damaged goods are received. Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods received and notifying us via our contact page within seven days of receiving the item if there is any issues. Do not send the item back to us prior to making contact with a customer service representative and receiving return authorisation. Packages sent without return authorisation will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes.

If goods are faulty, please use the contact page to get in touch as soon as possible with a brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will give further instructions on availablity of a replacement or refund on a case by case basis.
